THE EVENT

On July 13th 2018 was held in Ravenna the international networking event on “Strategies of Innovation and Best-practices for Sustainable Development of European Ports”, organized by “Ravenna Green Port” and “Clean Port”, hosted in Ravenna Port Authority headquarters.

The initiative aimed at highlighting the state of the art of virtuous ports, sharing national and European best-practices in order to define a trajectory of innovation and a common strategic vision for sustainable development of European ports.

THE PROTAGONISTS

The initiative was animated by the presence of some of the most significant national and European port companies. Among international guests, representatives of the ports of Amsterdam, Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

The Round Table, chaired by the Mayor of Ravenna, represented an important opportunity to create new synergies between companies, research and institutions, through the definition of a shared roadmap for the development of the port of Ravenna.
